Don't let your clients leave the country without adequate medical coverage.

If a Domestic Company does cover oversees medical expenses, it's usually considered "out of network."

And don't forget, Medicare does not cover international claims, making OTM great for the senior market.

Offer your clients something substantial, like a plan with a ZERO deductible!

Dear Friends,

The Public Health Plan Option.

It's getting a lot of debate these days. The latest polls show over 60% of the general population supports some type of public option.

Supporters of the option argue that in some regions, there's one insurance company holding a monopoly on the market, eliminating healthy competition.

Most against the public option argue that an individual mandate, guaranteed issue, and subsidies for those who have trouble affording it combined with allowing companies to cross state lines will open up markets, eliminating the need for a public option.

The fact is that for many, insurance is a difficult to understand concept.

And so when people are denied coverage, or companies pull from a market, many scream bloody murder, not fully understanding the events that led up to such.

So what's the truth? Freedom in the insurance world is a flawed system. We allow people to come in and out as they please.

The result is that many choose not to buy when they can afford, and so in response, insurance companies must protect themselves from those who wait until it's too late.

This newsletter is obviously leaving out a lot of complexities. I've purposely left out a discussion on cost shifting from Medicare, medical duplication, tort reform, over utilization and more.

It's because I wanted to discuss this from an insurance professional's perspective.

We do need to take care of everyone. That one person dies because of lack of treatment is unacceptable.

But we also need to be firm on a mandate. If everyone deserves protection, then everyone must pay their fair share.

Fair competition among insurance companies combined with a new set of rules will prove to be both cost effective and sustainable.

Non-Medical Life Insurance. Still a Big Hit!
Did you know that our best Non-Med rates compare to some of the best Full Medical rates when it comes to those in their late teens and early twenties?

Super Star producers are selling up to $350,000 in 30 year term life insurance to young, health insurance prospects while only adding a minimal amount to their clients' bottom line.

And the best part is, no paramedical exam!

These cases are so clean, they're getting issued in days.

Plus, the clients aren't paying any more than if they would get poked and prodded by a nurse who's appointment with them was rescheduled 5 times over the course of 2 months.

What are you waiting for?  Take a look at some rate comparisons below.

Sincerely,
Dorin Adika
Executive Vice President

Promote your Business for Free with no extra work!
Sometimes, the silliest little thing can grow your business tremendously.

Question: How many emails do you send out in one day? What if you tweaked them so they promoted you automatically every time one went out?

Here are 5 tips you can use in your email to grow your business:
  1. Use a professional domain - Yahoo, Gmail, and others are great for personal emails. But to convey a professional image, consider purchasing a domain reflective of your business.
  2. Use your name - Would you buy from an email that started with SexyMama1234? Using your name says you're a pro!
  3. Add a signature line - Every email you send out should include the same information that's on your business card.
  4. Include your website - every email you send should have a link to your website. If you don't have one, get one!
  5. Include a call to action - Above your signature line, say something like "Thinking about life insurance? Call the expert today!" You can even direct them to your website.

HPA - Big News!
HPA has just made their new Secure Saver series available in over 30 states, including Florida!

Why all the excitement?

It is the most incredible, unique plan out there. Period.

For starters, it's roughly 60% less than a traditional type plan with a comparable out of pocket.

Next, it has unlimited $50 co-pays to see the doctor. How great is that?

But the biggest news is how the plan works. Rather than having one large deductible that will clobber your client when they actually need to use it, the out of pocket is divided into a much more manageable daily deductible of you client's choice.

Choose from a $250, $500, $750 or $1000 daily deductible, all with a maximum out of pocket of $4,000.

So if your client has a $250 deductible and they go into the hospital for one day, they only pay $250. 2 days? $500. But never more than $4000. Get the picture?

All while costing much less.

Don't ask me how they do it. They just did!

Non-Med Term Life Rate Comparison

man with bulb
Here's a quick comparison of our Non-Med Term Life product to a well known Full Med Carrier on those in their early twenties:

30 year term, 100k Face amount, best possible class

Male, age 20
non med: $12.76 per month
full med: $13.21 per month

Female, age 22
non med: $10.74 per month
full med: $10.68 per month

Why waste your time with a full med product when the non-med is clearly the winner?

Just food for thought.
